 Why not move out. Find a good spot in the wilderness. Build your own cabin with free wood pallets and scavenged materials. Live out there for awhile. A couple months without rent and a good hard bull run. Gives you a couple months of hardship yes, but you will also stack harder and be richer sooner too.
