It’s interesting to hear how Putin sees things. He literally sees this whole thing sort of like a bunch of pseudo kings who own some plots of land and people are putting fences on the wrong side of the yard. Where apparently everyone who all speaks the same language and has the same culture should be part of this property and not that other property.

His rhetoric is with this assumption of what Russia is owed. It’s interesting purely because it’s a totally different kind of piece of crap politician than the ones in the West generally. It’s like too giant pieces of shit are fighting each other and both have no concern or even slight respect for all of the collateral damage and individual lives lost, but for different reasons.

Can give us how different of a piece of shit he is compared to our politicians ?
 they are exactly the same.
 That's my thought too
He is a different kind of shit with a different smell, but is also very powerful and can fuck up a lot of things. Tell all the shits to be nice!
how do you see politicians in the west any differently? they still claim to own parts of other countries like Syria and Iraq and forget about Palestine?

why would we be provoking them so much with the ukraine in nato thing? clearly US MIC interests wanted this war. and they might have overplayed their hand.
The underlying premise of conversation is less about ownership of the people as if they are just a consequence of the various historical “owners.” They are more interested with the power to make the perfect society for everyone, if only they would shut up and let them make everything perfect.

Putin on the other hand doesn’t have that foundation anywhere in his rhetoric. He literally just sounds like he’s talking about this small club of powerful people who control and do everything. Some give favors, some will back stab them, some steal land. He is a continuation of this true zone of power and thus is correcting it.

I still think there’s a very different underlying belief system that enables “both” of them to do what they do. In other words, the bullshit they tell themselves to excuse their power and actions isn’t the same story, but they both certainly make up whatever story works and is enough in line with the culture of the country that the people can excuse it.

Trauma Zone is a 6 part documentary of footage inside Russia from the fall of the USSR to the Rise of Putin. Tucker Carlson is a SoCal pussy. I think it’s best to see why Russia is how it is, From a Russian perspective. Believe me they are not your friends. They will lie straight to your face, And anyone defending them is gullible enough to think Russians would care about them. You only need the Russians if you need someone to enable your corruption. If you are from the west, And you start any real commitment with them, The intelligence services will tear it apart. The goal of Putin is to restore the Russian Empire, Before 1917, By force clearly. Bitcoin obsoletes the need for violent imperialism. Why take a country over by force when you can buy it? Russia might legitimately get richer than the United States, And Americans can have fun staying poor. But a corrupt rich person is not a better friend than a loyal poor person.
Not sure how you could even come to this conclusion. Here's a tldr.

Yeah I watched the first few minutes until he covered the history of Russia as "Some states simply lost their sovereignty, and then..."

Yeah, oopsie, they left their sovereignty at a friends house 🙄 A transparently scummy way to describe it.
