 No, that threatening others with dollarized warfare is asinine. The Bitcoin Standard is an unavoidable given at this point. If anything, this plan just accelerates the transition.

 True. It dawned on me riding the elevator earlier that maybe that is the 4D chess going on here. Back the currency with Bitcoin, then force the world to use the currency or face punishment, passively bolster Bitcoin.
