I completely agree with you. Masses don't care. 
It's not about being "here" but more about needing this protocol and how it works. 
Until you are not censored or get full from MSM and twitter bs, you'll not need #nostr. 

Everyone gets #nostr after the (shadow) ban they don't deserve.

It's still a niche of a niche.. but it will grow, as the dystopian social media narrative grows.
