Should we provide *zap*, *like*, *repost* support to **Group Notes** (NIP-29, kind 11 or 10) ?
Because the **Group Notes** are holded on the **NIP-29 Relays** but these events maybe **reject** by **NIP-29 Relays** .

I think you should only send to the group relay unless the context is very explicitly saying otherwise.
What is your relay URL? Would it be appropriate to add it to the our group recommendations list?
