Cancer, diabetes, obesity & heart disease was almost non existent in the 1800s when people were primarily eating meat. It wasn’t until the early 1900s when these problems started to become more common and are now rampant today. What changed? The introduction of seed oils, processed food, massive increases in carbohydrate & sugar consumption & eating less meat. Overall people generally started eating more plants and less animal products. If society returned to eating what is natural like the folks did in the 1800s these life destroying health problems people struggle with everyday would virtually disappear and be a thing of the past.
