Personal domain is key, though. People want to develop their own brands. Otherwise, it's just ebay.

An adapted design for shop onboarding would be great! Keep in mind, there is no need to do everything. There are largely 3 separate ways to do e-commerce: - Shopify (my store, my things) - Ebay (somebody's store, my things) - Facebook Marketplace (no store, my things) These are 3 separate product categories. Mixing these requirementrs in one project won't be good. Just pick what you are solving for and go for it.
Definitely! Focusing on everything leads to focusing on nothing. I do see elements that can be taken from each to enhance the interop experiences between each niche; that's the superpower we have with #Nostr to make marketplaces way better than they exist today.

Will users be able to change the design like Shopify does? Can they also run their own servers?
There’s a couple ways to restyle & reskin although very barebones at the moment. I more likely envision designers restyling and offering it a bit like the cypher.space example. Currently self hosting on most major cloud providers is a 5 min NuxtJS deployment, still allot of things to experiment with 😄
