The only reason is that you can use your contacts anywhere that supports npub contact list

Was able to bring contacts into Zeus via my npub and now I have venmo with lightning

I was able to bring my contacts over to wavelake and now I can follow my contacts music discovery

I was able to bring my contacts to zap.store and now I can get recommendations on apps

We need a restaurant app to allow nostr contacts import for travel recommendations
