 Because it failed less today than it did yesterday. And tomorrow will be less than today  

 Meanwhile, there are plenty of practical solutions.

 Simplex is badass and is pretty reliable now 

 And everytime someone has told that, it falls flat on its face. I prefer communication tools that communicate.
