It was so nice taking a break from social media for a few weeks. 

Didn’t think about politics, war, state propaganda, the economy, elections… 

Felt lots of gratitude and excitement about the future. 

Crazy how mainstream social media can easily take that away from you with just a few minutes of scrolling.

Sometimes its difficult 

 I found it to be super easy myself. 

 Life is so much different offline. I've had many breaks and it really resets you
