Live2D and a lot modeling stuff that I don't know, only pay for 3d modeler to make it work as you seeing, making an static image moves. Bitcoin maxis vtubers maybe one day but not me lol at least as vtuber.
Last I looked into 3d modeling it costed much, but it has been a decade. Can you do this with anything? Can I be an ostrich and talk about Bitcoin without revealing my real identity? How much do they make? Can I do a vtuber 3d model for less than 10,000 dollars?
Oh definitely you can be what you like there's no limit in that. And yes they are perfect for hide real identity unless you miss handle some buttons in the programs then will be over. For the cost part I don't know that much only know depends how sophisticated you want, is the cost will have. Most of those 3d modelers are in Xitter. So you gonna need to look there or search how to do it all by yourself. Which is possible with blender I think.
