They don't count absentee and mail in ballots and tally them live. They're counted and added in bulk. This graphic looks accurate to me.
I think that Democrats skewing towards mail-in at the time gives this credibility, but I think there were too many anomalies to dismiss the entire thing. It doesn't look right to me.

It goes both ways though. In 2016, it was the other side calling fraud.

I say this as an outsider who isn't a fan of Trump outside of entertainment value.

One thing I will never understand is the persistence against voter ID, which would theoretically protect everyone involved.
Agree there. Proper voter ID and voting as a federal holiday so that all registered voters can vote.
Yup, holiday would be a step in the right direction too. Unfortunately I have lost all faith in voting due to lack of real change between parties. No matter who is in, things have been trending down for all people, except those in government.
 Guatemala model
The neocons in the Republican Party rigged the Florida count in 2000, and the neocons in then Democratic Party rigged the Pennsylvania vote count in 2020.

The only reason why you can't come to terms with that reality is this irrational identification with a party label.
I voted straight Republican for 20+ years. What's my label?

I guess "neocon" suits you, then.
How would it look different if there actually was cheating?
We don't really know. It's so extremely rare.

For example in my state, Pennsylvania, 39 cases of voter fraud were identified or 0.000039% of the more than 100+ million ballots cast over the last 30 years.
