I don’t know who Paul Saladino is.  I don’t eat seed oils because my grandparents didn’t.  They lived to be 90s without going to the gym regularly and without crazy meds. Stop making assumptions about who I am. You have no idea who I am or what I know or what I’ve studied to attempt to know anything at all. Making assumptions without knowing the truth is the mark of a fool.  Don’t be a fool.
