If it's a different one, I think he's making the new girl up, because they went from dating to marriage proposals implausibly quickly.
@Moved @Ryu i believe this is the same "finnish gf" they keep speaking of. i think there was a separate "greek gf" in there somewhere. you can tell it's the finnish gf from the logs of cutting scars and their recent disparaging comments about cutting scars unless graf has a thing for cutters and had 2 in a row.
Something is fishy about it, anyway. Either he's making up drama for attention (very in character for him) or he's fudging some details.
