Anything is possible, but in this case most likely not.
I think that if either 1) the air that goes past the wet cool dishes and than gets funneled back into the miner. 2) the dishes are in direct thermic contact with the miner 3) the air that goes trough the wet dishes and cools of also passes some heat sinks that are in contact with the miner. it might work...
