Unpopular Opinion. Cashu is probably better for a mint because if the custodian rugpulls there is only one person to take liability. If a fedimint rugpulls everyone is gonna be pointing fingers like that spiderman meme

 Oh nice. I didn't know this because I haven't ran fedimint software myself.  

 Can the lightning gateway rug without signing a transaction? 

 Gateway can't rug at all 

 Also as a user, how easy is it to find the signed transaction your mint is making if you wanted to see that? 

 Not super easy as a user. There is an audit log that you can get that gives you every event in the mint. You can find the onchain txs there and see who signed the txs 

 Its a tool.. you should be in and out. Not hang around to see if they rug..
