Thanks op for posting it and getting the message out. But Jesus, that is a poorly written article. Doesn't clarify what an "infected phone" is. Doesn't provide a list of all apps (or most common ones) known to do this. Doesn't say how the app gains access to those screenshots, doesn't say which versions of Android are vulnerable to this...  

 Security on Android is always questionable. Apple devices are much more secure.
