 It’s a feature within Startpage. Anonymous view kinda acts like a VPN. It opens the website through a “shield” that blocks trackers, fingerprints, and provides a secure HTTPS connection.

 brave search. adding privacy and non-censorability (!) to DuckDuckGo, as well as allowing to search through photos/news/etc with JavaScript turned off (Tor's safest mode — recommended! JavaScript might be a dangerous crap)
