I’ve tried restarting the app 
And restarting my phone

I’m not sure it has anything to do with size though because it shows the same message for photos sometimes

But then other pictures and videos work 

 @The Fishcake🐶🐾 is the cap 5MB? Does a paid nostr.build account remove this limit? 

 It is 10MB. Accounts remove the limit entirely 🐶🐾🫡
