6/10 spicy level of tapatio sauce!! I don't think it's accurate to say "all". IMHO Everyone lies and I don't pretend that people never lie. Don't want my doc lying to me about my health tho 🤷‍♀️ just depends on the gravity of the situation. Bring on the spice!!  🌶️🌶️

I feel like since I joined nostr my spicy hot take is: I think moderation is okay, we don't need a wild west where "all speech matters". People WILL and DO moderate because it's the natural way of things and helps remove toxic people. 🤷‍♀️

I’d still argue that secretly people would want for their doctor to lie to them and tell them what they want to hear, even if just a little.

I am with you about your hot take, it’s just some people want to be in “control” of what is being moderated and how. 🐶🐾🫡
