What you eat plays a huge role in inflammation and soreness. Avoid seed oils obviously and store produce. Good meat from a butcher is ideal.
Second: You’re probably overdoing it a bit in my opinion. Testament to eagerness and good work ethic, but can be counterproductive.
I would rather hit the gym 7 days a week at 70% working on dofferent things, then hit it 110% 3 days a week and be unable to move or function. Some soreness good, outright pain not necessary if you’re past the initial 6 weeks where your body is just in shock.
Also take creatine if you’re not already. Remember that progressive overload is progressive and not all at one.
