Yesterday, my #bank called me "to make sure I'm me", and I did. Then, the lady literally interrogated me about transactions I made. RIDICULOUS!! 

Here are some of the insane questions they asked? 

1. Do you trade in #Crypto? 
2. Have you been outside the country in the past 8 months?
3. (This is the banger) Do you use VPN on your device?

I lost my temper and asked if she was my mom. I mean who the hell do they think they are to ask these questions? 

She also got mad and said "you know what? I'm gonna block your last pending transaction until you come to your local branch and sort it out." 

This is insane! Anyone else experiencing this?

 That's crazy! I use a local credit union, and they don't bother me at all :) 

 Thank you, you're the 2nd person to recommend credit unions, so I may do just that. What I'm doing for sure though is taking my money out of that bank.

Yes, been through this many times, that's why I use banks for the absolute bare minimum.

Once I went to buy a bicycle from a national retailer but they declined the transaction "to protect me". Took several hours of my time to get permission to spend my money!

If you really want to be interrogated, try maxing your withdrawals for 5 days in a row. I'm more than happy to be almost entirely outside the fiat system.
