@056d6548 Self driving cars are oxymoron as long as they share traffic with human driven vehicles and pedestrians, bicycles,... It can't be done. What is required is "phase transition", sudden switch to total automated car traffic and that won't happen. What  this tech, actually way simpler version of it, can be used for is the next transportation revolution-fully automated human transport flying drones at low altitudes.
