Tomorrow morning there will be a decision by the Ontario Supreme Court in a case aiming to repeal the federal law on prostitution. They are going for full decriminalization because they feel that since buying sex is illegal, it hampers the work opportunities of prostituted people (mostly women and girls). The alliance of organisations bringing the suit thinks this will make women safer.
