I've needed to increase the timeout in `strfry router` to connect to all the relays, otherwise it enters a retry cycle. This should have an update in the next release. Need to test this more and possibly make some other performance improvements. 

 sorry i know strfry is popular becos once compiled it is single  binary + sqlite3 db
idk much .env controls of strfry since not use it
so  what key or big advantage of ur tools on top of strfry ?
