2/3 of the Judges on the US Appeals court are radical-left political activists appointed by Biden. One of them, Judge Childs, is now attempting to interfere in her second straight Presidential Election.

As reported by the @FreeBeacon, “In September 2020, Childs waived a witness signature requirement for absentee ballots cast in South Carolina, saying fear of COVID transmission could deter some voters from complying with the requirement."
