 JUST IN: Per an SEC filing, Microsoft will have a proposed board resolution for an "Assessment of Investing in Bitcoin".

The board is recommending that shareholders vote AGAINST the proposal.

 They should take this opportunity to vote that board out. 
 For the ignorant, why would this be a proposal at all if the board recommends voting against it?

 Vanguard owns 9%.
Blackrock has 7.5%.
State Street is 4%.
Non-institutional is around 30%. 
 Just the fact that it's entered the conversation with shareholders is monumental. 
 When will it be malpractice to not invest in BTC? I'm thinking 2028
