You NEVER Need a Snack. Snacking slows your progress. Next meal, eat meat until comfortably stuffed.
Do you still do 3 meals a day? I read that some carnivor only eat once. Is it better or it doesn't matter?
I tend to eat within a 5 hr window and that’s towards the later part of the day. But sometimes I have eggs or fruit in the morning. Best to have a good balance of carbs. Paul Saladino has some good work on this, and Dr Jack Kruse (in particular to light and mitochondria function)

Paul Saladino didn't have health issues to heal from, that's why he includes honey & some carbs in his diet. But for many who struggle with obesity, type 2 diabetes or autoimmune, a complete elimination of ALL sugar & carbs is necessary for healing..

Buy ground beef, brown it, salt it, melt butter on it (if you want). A wholesome meal, simple, and quick to prepare.

I like to tell people to eat (meat) until eating becomes a chore.
snacks are OK if you have them IN PLACE OF meals, like me. most people have snacks IN ADDITION TO meals, which is why they look like shit. you have to pick one - either you have one meal a day until completely stuffed, or you never eat anything bigger than a snack and count your calories. both approaches work - you pick whichever one suits your personality better. some people don't mind weighing all their food. most would rather feast and fast. either way is fine. as long as you actually DO IT is what matters.
basically you can't eat until full without also fasting and you can't snack without also counting calories each system works if you execute it correctly and vice versa
