You can focus on the most important things, but knowing everything and doing everything is impossible. That's why division of labor
It is not about being a specialist in everything, obviously you will not be a surgeon, but I assure you that it is not very difficult to know more for example than the average doctor and therefore you will be able to take better care of your health.
That's what I mean by important things :) something that is crucial for you and your family. But not every field is like this, that's why I say that ""everything"" is too much

You are probably aiming at the medieval man, the one with the correct values. The Renaissance is the revolutionary distortion of these values. We are always misled by those who write history. They try to impose on us that the Renaissance was an evolution of the Middle Ages, in fact it was the seed of all the degradation we see today, also as a result of the French, Protestant and Communist revolutions. What we see as the fruit of the Renaissance is actually the fruit of everything built in the Middle Ages.
