Correct, Israel is neutral. They're also friends of Trump. But the bigger story is that Barry Obama is a big friend of Iran and has been since his presidency. So the $6bn that Biden sent them is almost certainly at his behest.

Incidentally, Iran is also neutral, and has been selling drones to Russia which they're using in Ukraine.

 Ehhh, I'm not so convinced. There really aren't any sides, everyone is a friend when it's convenient and an enemy when it's not. Everyone is trying to unite their friends and divide their enemies, and so the whole thing is more like a bar fight than anything else.
