 @bade302b I often have such periods without garlic. Wake up between midnight/ 00:30 and be awake for 1.5 to 2 hours. It's tiring. 
 @a74d0fe0 Yes, me too - and once it becomes a habit, your body gets used to the routine and then, bing, at 2.30 you wake up feeling like it's morning. 
 @bade302b Indeed. And you nod off again, and when you wake up for the second time, you feel you need sleep... 
 @a74d0fe0 How is it we can feel wide awake in the middle of the night, and half dead in the morning? It's just not fair.
