Garlic, onions and potatoes coming up. Still have to get the carrots, beets and squash into the open beds. This project would be a lot quicker if I didn’t have to resume the 9 to 5 tomorrow. Or sorry make that seven till five. If things work out the way they did last year I should end up with about 250 pounds of potatoes, 120 pounds of tomatoes, 30 pounds of peppers, 50 pounds of beets, 35 pounds of carrots, and 75 pounds of squash.
