Your claim assumes people attaining higher education degrees are actually being educated, and not indoctrinated. I would go so far as to say 80% of college student since the early 2000s aren't even midwit tier intelligence. 

 I use the term "overeducated" because they are trained for a certain status and end up much lower in regards to the money and time invested.
