 i did, used to run two, a large one on a VPS and a smaller one on my home network

but had some hardware issues at some point and never got around to setting it up again

 also got tired of arguing "no, a tor relay isn't a tor exit"—i don't recommend running on on your home IP as the relay IPs are public and you'll be preemptively blocked by all kinds of sites
