We've successfully made challah and a basic crusty white bread 
 @e7d4ac82 Welp, I got a fancy swedish baking silicone wrap up and made rye bread. YUMMY, if you like it. Also the standard white loaf, as well as wheat (found a fabulous recipe on the interwebs) (I use a cuisinart bread maker, as arthritis doesn't let me knead much of anything)....AND....so yummy....many batches of sweet dough which we fill with the requisite ripe fruit of the week (cook while smashing on stove, let simmer a minute, walla, danish filling) , Also, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rz2g1-egcLU <- FABU 
 @b8f66dda I've been enjoying the no-knead bread that you mix up a day or two prior and let the slow fermentation do the kneading for you!
