Three Sisters Backpacking: A.M. As many of you know, I bailed from my trip early due to stomach issues. Still saw some beautiful scenery in the Three Sisters Wilderness on my very long day. I’m feeling much better so far this morning so it might have just been a 24-hour bug.🤞🏼Very happy to be home. Drinking lots of electrolytes and resting. #Backpacking #PNW #Oregon #Photography #Hiking #Walking #Nature #Outdoors #Mountains #Landscape #LandsapePhotography https://files.mastodon.social/media_attachments/files/111/194/449/331/627/157/original/a5898d5b652addff.jpeg https://files.mastodon.social/media_attachments/files/111/194/449/614/342/476/original/c401855a54ec105d.jpeg https://files.mastodon.social/media_attachments/files/111/194/450/393/081/610/original/dd5eed0ef29673e6.jpeg https://files.mastodon.social/media_attachments/files/111/194/450/019/661/178/original/771e1b31f274a324.jpeg
@c531994e Fantastic photos! I'm glad to hear you are feeling better! Be good to yourself! 🙏🙌😉
@c531994e @f374e1a2 Really glad to hear you’re safe. Stomach issues are no joke - I did a WFA course years ago where the instructor repeatedly told us that they’re one of the most immediately dangerous ailments in the back country. Broken bones hurt like crap but take weeks to kill someone - dehydration due to stomach issues can kill someone in less than a day (and then go on to sicken everyone else in the group!). PS. Amazing photos! Glad the stomach stuff wasn’t the only thing you experienced!
