I'm still confused about how a topic specific relays work. If I post to this won't it also be on my feed and seen by everyone, even if they haven't got that relay? Unless I manually changed posting to just the specific relay every time. Which would be a total faff.

So in the case of Christill, this relay only allows posts with the keywords mentioned. Does this mean if I add it, I will see posts from people I don't follow but who have posts in the relay? What if people post things with those words but are just gibberish/stupid?
