the dutch like their loopholes... haha sleeping on a park bench in amsterdam is legally defined as "camping" and they can fine you 140 euros... i got two of them when i wound up homeless because passport expired and i didn't land a job in time... this is also like a loophole, really stretching the definition of something in a ridiculously literal way
