I'm referring to the fact that there is little chance of finding an unvaccinated donor. In this case, it is better not to risk waiting for the lottery ticket .

Why not try asking the doctors early, we'll before labor starts. The thing you need is TIME to sort out those bloods in case it's needed.
I tried that the last time we were in the hospital having our 3rd and asked just in case but they said they don’t support that.
I know that you can buy field transfusion kits, which include rapid tests for blood type. That would aid in finding a compatible donor, although it obvsly won't help with testing the donor blood for pathologies.
