This is also the problem with home schooling. If you are the only source of truth for your children who do not have the opportunity to compare themselves with other teachers and peers, they will grow up believing that certain things are i.e.  "conspiracy theories" and will then find themselves in a world that debates certain things (or viceversa) and they will be disoriented.
