 White Oak Park outside Pittsburgh has one blazed hiking trail which is a 2.5 mile moderately difficult trail that is nice to hike but you need a description if you don't want to get lost. I provide it here: https://backpackandsnorkel.com/USA/Pittsburgh/White-Oak/

 @d9095c4c All of our urban areas need wild open spaces like this.  We've paved over paradise to feed the insatiable appetite of the real estate speculation sector....and we are - and will be - paying an enormous cost in human wellbeing for this.
