Harari is really more and more the devils advocat. I am sure that he his fully aware that bank are the destroyers of trust and not Bitcoin. Bitcoin is trustless but not a currency of distrust as Harari is framing it. He is using very primitive rethorics to redirect the founded distrust against banks and corrupted institutions to Bitcoin. As Martin stated in quite well banks cannot build trust and they never earned it. 

 then why he doesn't trust his own democratically elected government?
