 It was seriously the first thing I noticed. I almost didn't even notice that he was commenting on how he didn't like ranch because I just saw the Oreo and was like what the actual fuck.

 Interesting. That would definitely explain it though if you don't like buttermilk. That would pretty much kill any halfway decent ranch recipe Without it.
