I bought a Divevolk Sea Touch Max 4 Housing for iPhone for a trip to the Galapagos. This is one of the best reviewed iPhone housings out there.  @d371f68c Is there a specific purpose you have a colour filter in addition to the light? I was under the impression that you needed one or the other, but this may be a mistake on my part?
