 If I can avoid it, no. Demo I’ll sort for sure. There’s foundational issues as well as electrical and plumbing from the well that runs near by. Many hands will be necessary. Plan to keep it as local as possible.

 It’s been all coffee and adrenaline up until about two days ago. The amount of full on go that we managed all week left like a high for sure.
