Indeed. It's an excellent article on the subject. I'm not surprised you first heard about the 440 Hz conspiracy theory from Jordan Maxwell. Jordan Maxwell was the precursor to David Icke and Alex Jones.

I am a diligent student of the esoteric; but even so, it was disappointing to see Gaia switch from focusing on mindfulness and yoga to an overly heavy emphasis on conspiracy-theory content.

I enjoy my Himalayan singing bowl very much—I'm looking to get a vintage chakra-tuned set. I also have a wonderful pair of vintage handmade seven-metal tingsha. In my experience, tingsha can be especially hit-or-miss with their resonant frequencies, but this pair is beautifully attuned and harmonic.
