Nos has never supported zaps. I think only recently they added the ability to see zaps on posts, but they’ve never added the ability to send zaps because bitcoin is too scary for their users. Joking aside, they have had a fairly anti-bitcoin stance when it comes to zaps so far.
And this was the case even before iOS clients started having issues with Apple over zaps.
I see. I like zaps so I’ll use a client that facilitates that. 😇
It’s an important part of Nostr. It’s why I’ve never spent much time on that app, or on Openvibe (the relaunch of Plebstr). Rabble says they’re looking at ways to implement them on Nos but it’s not a major focus of their app. Different flavors of nostr I guess.

Yeah, normally its good practice to try out new things, but this particular one seams to be embracing permissioned philosophy, which goes against NOSTR ethos.
