That only includes official jobs reported to the government. So, while there could be some unauthorized people there, it should be minimum.  

 Which just means the rate of foreign-borne workers is probably significantly higher than 20%. 

 respectfully disagree. Even if this is legal, it's causing massive brain drain and depopulation of other countries. Also suppresses wages and destroys social cohesion.
