Do you have any idea what it would cost to dig up the concrete of a basement floor, remove 30 tons of dirt, add 30 tons of dirt, repour the foundation and then seal it? That's not even including the fact that you change the structure of the home leaving it open to water infiltration and rapid deterioration you stupid fucking moon cricket are you trolling me? 

 Seal the basement, problem solved.  It’s dirt, the smell will eventually go away, and you won’t smell it because…..
