There is an argument in Australia to allow people to fill medical scripts for multiple months, instead of one or two. Currently you can only get one or two months supply of a medicine at a time, you could not get, lets say, a years worth in one go. What a great way to enslave people to the system, get them hooked on an essential medicine, but only give them enough for a few weeks before they have to come back, cap in hand, begging for more. I'm thankful no one in my family requires such essential medicine.
